This document describes the rules and guidelines for how registered users of the DramWorlds website, located at https://www.dramworlds.com, are expected to interact with the community of DramWorlds users and the DramWorlds team on the website.

Changes to the Community Rules
DramWorlds reserves the right to change these Community Rules from time to time. When we do change the Community Rules we will publish the updated version on the website.

Consequences for Violating the Community Rules
The DramWorlds team will determine if a registered user has violated the Community Rules on a case by case basis. If such a violation has occurred the DramWorlds team will determine appropriate measures to be taken on behalf of the website and its community including, but not limited to, temporary time outs and permanent bans from the website, depending on severity and persistence of the user’s violation.
DramWorlds will contact law enforcement agencies if a registered user’s behavior on the site violates the law under which the website operates and if a registered user’s behavior may put the safety, health and property of other users at risk.
Adhere to Site Policies
You must at all times adhere to and act in accordance with and awareness of DramWorlds’ Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimers and Waiver of Liability and the Community Rules, which you agreed to when signing up for a DramWorlds website user account.
No Promotions or Spam
Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links are not allowed on DramWorlds. If you are going to share content please add some information to your post explaining why it is relevant content for other registered users to read.
No Hate Speech or Bullying
Bullying of any kind is not allowed and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
Harassment, Stalking or Doxxing
Harassment, Stalking or Doxxing of any kind is not allowed. Use of the features of the website to stalk, harass or reveal private and/or identifying information about other uses will not be tolerated. Respect everyone’s privacy at all times.
Be Kind and Courteous
This is a website about whisky and other alcoholic beverages run by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. Let’s create a welcoming environment and share the joy we experience when tasking interesting whiskies. Treat everybody with respect regardless of their level of experience and understanding of the site’s content and regardless of their familiarity with and fluency in the associated terminology.
Be Open-Minded and Don’t Judge
At the heart of the DramWorlds philosophy is a simple realization: All experiences are valid experiences. Everybody likes and enjoys what they like and enjoy. What someone likes and enjoys may change slowly or quickly both over time and based on other circumstances. There is no right or wrong. Do not judge, berate or belittle others for disagreeing with you or not liking your favorite whisky. This is not a place for snobs or those who must always be right at all costs. We value guidance from experience but we also value curiosity, exploration and surprise. Let everybody enjoy their own journey into and through the world of whisky.
